Doc Issue: explaining Mycroft account, access

The pages that describe signing up for a Mycroft account need to document clearly:

(1) why Mycroft needs to have an account on some server outside the home, (2) exactly what data is transmitted from my home Mycroft appliance(s) to servers outside the home, (3) exactly what data is retained on servers.

People are looking to Mycroft and other open source packages precisely because they worry about the access to private/personal information which mega-corporations are gaining with mainstream devices.
