Audio Troubleshooting: reduce mic level

If a mic is registering but seemingly unable to pick up voice commands, it can be that the mic level is set very high. Try reducing this to 50% or lower and see if behaviour changes. Example issue: https://community.mycroft.ai/t/no-voice-recognition/6477
