Skilltree creator

I'm not able to open the skilltree creator on pc (server pro) help pls? Latest snapshot

I was able to open it. It opened in my web browser (brave browser).

But it got a bit harder and less intuitive to understand it. I would love to see an overview of the skills and levels. But should worl though.
