Convert inventories to 1.13

Pet inventories will no be converted to the 1.13 format right now. This will end in a loss of all items stored in the pet inventory.

It was a bug, I fixed it. The End.

I tested /petinventory in 1.12.2 to 1.13.2 with MyPet version 3.0-SNAPSHOT-b1408. But, it seems not work. (all item disappeared)
