Update translations for new design

[futurepaul]

there are a lot of new english-only keys in the new design, and some screens that haven't be i18n-ified

here's my current plan:

• [ ] review merge this guy https://github.com/MutinyWallet/mutiny-web/pull/927
• [ ] find any keys that can be deleted and delete them
• [ ] add any non i18n-ed keys from the new design
• [ ] merge #916
• [ ] bug the i18n contributors once we've done this cleanup for followup after all that, to minimize extra work on their part
