Describe your request

First time when I tried then it work only once but after a moment I tried but not run it closed abruptly. Now again I'm trying to install newly but now bat file doesn't open and close instant. here's version and others

I can't open android apps on both my Surface pro x and my pc i5 14600kf both devices are running latest windows 11
