Steps to reproduce the issue

Run as administrator "Run.bat" Look for Windows Subsystem For Android or any relevant.

Additional context

I use run.bat (Powershell As Administrator) and install WSA "Successfully". It does not show any options to run it, and when trying to manually execute WSASettings.exe it throws multiple DLL exceptions.

As a temporary workaround, I recommend installing App Manager at https://github.com/MuntashirAkon/AppManager

Once installed, you can search for it there and it'll be accessible, along with every other system app.

I also note that my device I have a non admin account and when I sign in with admin account it allows installation. If I want to install on my non admin account how do I do this? (I can get admin perms on the UAC, but would not like to turn my account into one with administrator.)
