[BUG] Internet keeps disconnecting then reconnecting every few minutes

Describe the bug

Internet inside WSA keeps disconnecting then reconnecting every few minutes for a few secs, which causes apps to lose connection to Internet. My internet is stable and no actual disconnection happens, I've also tried mobile hotspot to laptop to be sure and same issue. I've already tried the methods found in FAQ about Internet issues like deleting Hyper-V, editing vmSwitches, with no avail.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Run WSA, check logcat using adb shell logcat -d | grep -i net | grep -i dis

Stable connection
