[BUG] Video playing paused when moving between monitors
Describe the bug
When using shortcuts like win shift left/right to move the window to next/previous monitor will pause the video playing from Anikku or Xtra, this seems to be the case for any video app that's playing a video. I don't recall this as a new issue, it feels like it's always been like this. So most likely not because of recent windows update.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Play video from any app -> press win + shift + right/left
The video playing app will pause for a few seconds, then will continue. Or you will need to manually re-launch app in order to play if you switch app from monitor too often.
Expected behaviour
I expect the video to continue playing like normal when I move it between monitors (without pause)

Additional context
I only have 1 dedicated GPU (RTX 3070), and my CPU has no CPU, so this is not the issue. Sub System resource is alredy continuous, Graphic Preference is High performance, window focus is Independent, Vulkan driver is System default.
