[BUG] WSA not working

Describe the bug

Hello. I was using a version that didn't have root permissions.

And overnight, my PC updated with the cumulative update. I had already uninstalled the old version of WSA when I read the message telling me not to update.

I downloaded the version: WSA_2407.40000.4.0_x64_Release-Nightly-with-KernelSU-v1.0.5-MindTheGapps-13.0-RemovedAmazon.7z

When I tried, the subsystem installed then shut down with only two apps installed: the Google Play Store and the Google app. If I tried to open either one, the subsystem started and then tried to launch (or not) the app, before shutting down immediately.

I'd like to point out that the cumulative update: 2025-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5062553) was installed without my knowledge.

How do I uninstall it? Is it causing the problem? Are there any other solutions? Please 😢

Steps to reproduce the issue

Install the cumulative update Uninstall the older version that doesn't have KernelSU Install the version that does have KernelSU Try launching the Google Play Store or Google Play (these are the only apps available).

Expected behaviour

The subsystem starts normally without stopping with all its default applications.

Downloaded Build Of WSA

PC Specification

Additional context

Despite the banned cumulative update, the old version that was installed before this update continued to work fine even after this update.
