[REQUEST] Smart Switch Support

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ with apps and data I want to backup before a factory reset. It's Snapdragon chipset so there's no chance to root it. So I thought if I emulate Android then I can use Smart Switch on the PC to transfer over the data to the PC, and then send it back over to the phone when it's reset. This isn't working. Smart Switch on WSA tells me to connect to WiFi when using the WiFi method, but doesn't realize it is already connected. Using cable method it doesn't see that I have plugged in the Samsung. Both the WSA and the Samsung say "Get connected" and tell me to connect the cable. Please add support for Smart Switch if possible, I have no other means of backup as I cannot root the device.
