In the next version I'm introducing a new Pie Menu when clicking Alt + Shift + M (subject to change).

Some examples (everything is more or less WIP).

I think its a good idea, better than typing N then looking for your UI in the menu It would be even much better if we can change the shortcut

You can! From Blender settings, where you change the buttons, search for MustardUI. :)

If you have any feedback on what things you would like to see in the menu, please let me know. Atm it's really a basic implementation.

It's already in the addon, but I still have to enhance it a little bit :)
