FEATURE: Enable option to toggle "Use Listening History"

While working, I listen to a lot of chill and lofi music. However, I don't care too much about it to be included in my library and recommendations. In the official Apple Music apps, there's an option to toggle the activity influencing recommendations. I don't think this is supported in MusicKit, but it would be nice to find some type of solution in musi.sh!
