connection to server rejected

Hi. I want to run this pluginbot in an VM but i when i try to connect the client to the VM i always get an error that the connection got refused from the server grafik

It is an clean set up so nothing changed. Does anyone have a hint, what i can do so that i can connect?

I only changed some settings in the mumble section of the config. grafik

Oh and does anyone know how i get the superuser password from the VM image after the server started??
