add basic start stop restart command?

Hi @bayeslearner,

this is currently not supported, but it shouldn't be hard to add start, stop, and restart commands for the entire cluster. However, I think it would be even more useful to be able to control the state of each node.

I need to think a bit about this, but I'm open to any suggestions
