Re-enable the Name Suggestions button

We have some more up to date AI/ML models now that we should hook into this functionality. However, the python library supporting this feature have evolved there needs to be some work done to get this working again. We need to review the current UI to decide how we really want to present this data. We also need a clear roadmap on how to get this functionality working for the concept of Visual Groups. This includes a regularly used pipeline for generating new AI/ML models and hooking them into the system as well as proper name support for Visual Groups.
