scrollbar button support?

It seems this great library does not have scrollbar-button feature, which is the increment/decrement button of the scrollbar. Would be great to have that added, thanks :)

+1 for this feature across browsers. but for now, in chromium I went with something like https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47576815/how-to-add-arrows-with-webkit-scrollbar-button but since it uses webkit it does not support cross different browsers like firefox.
