Suggestion Diesel Tug

It would be faster than the Steam and Electric tugs and it could use fuel but it would also be able to use lava to keep it vanilla friendly

Leaving this open as we may consider this in the future. At the moment we don't have enough capacity and liquid fuel isn't standardised well enough
