Freeze/Unfreeze toggle shortcut

Clicking on the shortcut freezes* or unfreezes the app. If configured, unfreezing will also run the application (if runnable) and a foreground service will open. Tapping on the foreground notification or a screen-off event (if configured) will re-freeze the app.

* Freeze is a relative term used to denote any one of the following operations: Force-stop, suspend, disable or hide. This can be configured for each shortcut.
