App stuck in initializing on device with patched vbmeta

Describe the bug

App stuck on initializing when root permissions are granted. After launching app, mode is stuck on no root and the script to start an adb local server does not exist.

This only occurred on 4.0.5

To Reproduce

1. Open the app. (4.0.5)
2. Grant root permissions when magisk dialog appears.
3. It is stuck on initializing.
4. The operation mode will fall back to no-root after a few minutes on initializing.
5. ADB mode won't work, Also Root mode won't work.
6. The custom command section will be empty.

Probably it broke Android sandboxing, and internal directories aren’t accessible as a result. Related issue #948
