The Debloater tool doesn't list apps uninstalled by the app itself

Describe the bug

Selecting the Filters System apps and Uninstalled apps the tool shows nothing.

To Reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Tap on the three points menu
3. Select: Debloater
4. Tap on the lists icon
5. Select Filters: System apps and Uninstalled apps

Expected behavior

To be able to see the apps previously uninstalled by the App Manager itself.
