Show more time options for "App Usage"

Describe a description of the new feature

Android keeps usage data for a while. App Manager should be able to view all available usage data. You could add arrows to change to the previous or next usage day.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add arrows to the left and right of the "App Usage" page to go the previous or next page and allow selecting usage data on any day where usage data exists.
