Remove android:hasFragileUserData="true"
Remove android:hasFragileUserData="true" to close #1193 because it will crash Package Managers on some Android Phones.
If you've read the old issues, we've already assumed it to be the issue. However, not one of them who were affected by the issue ever cooperated with us to actually figure out the issue of their device. I've tested uninstalling App Manager in many Samsung devices without any crashes (thus, unable to reproduce the issue). So, it's my hypothesis that only a small percentage of people are affected by the issue. But I have decided to do nothing about it unless someone actually come forward and cooperates with us. I've even posted it in the Telegram channel and still not a single response those who're affected.

As I said earlier, I will not alter AndroidManifest.xml until somebody sends me logs along with the framework files. This is because I do not like hacks. I need to know the exact reason for this to occur. I will try pinging again to see if somebody's interested.
