The link from your [package's page](https://hex.pm/packages/deque) on hex.pm to [hexdocs](https://hexdocs.pm/deque/) returns a 404.

This caused me some confusion. Would you consider removing the `@doc false` from `start/2`, or is there a particular reason why it is there?

Passwords hashed differently in Firefox

Using Firefox 4.0 and RndPhrase 0.9.14 and if i go to reddit.com the hashes i generate are different from what is generated using rndphrase.appspot.com or the extension for google chrome....
