Adding mathjax support for every post in config.toml

Hi,

Thanks for the great theme! I understand from this piece of the doco that you can add mathjax support ot any post by adding mathjax: true to individual posts. Is it currently possible to add to config.toml a statement that would make this happen sitewide? If not would you consider this a feature request please.
