Hi! How can i save the image after put the objects?

What I used to do is grab all the drawable and save the image...let me check

Because i want to put smiles and stickers.. But also i want to put write a text in image.. i want use turboimageproject for this baseproject in my final app. But i dont know how to save all and i have to understand to write a text.
