Use properly virtualized text documents in VSCode

When using the language server within VSCode, use properly virtualized text documents, rather than `virtual-uris`

Parity with iOS client. Should ideally automatically respond to system dark mode, and have a manual toggle for those who want to change it.

Similarly to the Tailscale app and most other VPN apps, this would be nice to have, and make it much more familiar to use for end users.

Bind static entity UUIDs to the symbol table

And add relevant tooling to the IMP Doc successor, `summon`, target parser, and mcdoc `#[uuid]`, allow for generating these and enforcing them and requiring they be private/public/etc.
