Chunks Don't Load When Going From world to world_nether by Minecart

I made a setup where you can ride minecarts from the overworld to the nether and then from the nether to the overworld again. However, my users and I will teleport to the nether only to see a big void of red, which will go away when unmounting the minecart. However, the velocity of the minecart then continues and the minecart darts off to the next portal going to the overworld. I hope this issue gets fixed quickly, and thank you in advance.

Hmm, I vaguely remember this one, I think it may be related to #267, but I'll keep this one open.
