[suggestion] Any destination as respawn point

Now you can use another map as respawn point on death but I'd rather use an anchor.

@jaZzKCS No, with the changes in this pull request, you could use any destination as respawn point. Portals, anchors, even cannons or completely custom destinations (by another plugin).
