Allow spawners to spawn mobs (customized SpawnReason per world)

I need a way to allow monster spawners when mob spawning off i got eggs to work with,

exception's:

• MONSTER_EGG

but i don't know one for monster spawners any way i can do that?

This is currently not possible but I will look at adding it in 2.6.
