Skin menu doesn't update properly

When I rename Tails 2.png to Tails 2_.png, then Tails 2.png disappears from the list, but Tails 2_.png does not appear. Closing the skin menu and opening it again does not cause it to refresh, and I don't think there is a refresh button. (Refresh account does not do it)

Suspected cause

-Lack of "Press F5 to refresh" key -Some problem with files that contain spaces in their name
