Cannot install fabric for 24w14potato

Description of bug

I expected to be able to launch the game with Fabric Loader. It fails every time I try with the following error:

Instance update failed because: Game update failed: it was impossible to fetch the required libraries. Reason: Job 'Libraries for instance 24w14potato' failed to process: https://maven.fabricmc.net/net/fabricmc/intermediary/24w14potato/intermediary-24w14potato.jar

The jar file downloads fine using Edge or Chrome, and I've tried different networks. None of the other issues with similar problems were helpful.

Steps to reproduce

Make a new instance

Select version 24w14potato

click Install Fabric and choose the latest version

click Launch

I was not able to reproduce this issue. When I tried the steps provided I was not just able to download fabric and 24w14potato I was able to run it without even a single error:
