Add filter to Screenshots and Worlds instance properties

I would like to see a filter section added to the Screenshots and Worlds instance properties window like other sections have

The ability to filter long listing of screenshots ands worlds.

Add the ability to filter the Screenshots and Worlds sections like in Loader Mods, Resource packs, et. al. I use one symbolic linked directory for each of my screenshots and saves directories. Both of which have become quite large with files and directories. The ability filter these listing in MultiMC would be helpful.
