URLs in Technic Add New Instance do not open web page

Description of bug

Clicking a link in the Technic mod pack description from add new instance should open the URL in the default browser.

Steps to reproduce

• Add new instance
• Select Technic
• Click on Mod pack to show the Description
• Click URL in the description

I would expect that it should open the link in the default web browser. However, all that happens that the description section clears and no page is opened in the default web browser.
