Kill button still showing when instance is not running, but works as if it was the Launch button

Description of bug

So, the Kill button should hide and show instead the Launch button and unlock the Launch Offline button, but for some reason, the Kill button still shows, and the Launch offline button is still locked. But in the instance's console window, it appears as intended. Does this happen just to me, or there is anyone else experiencing this bug?

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the instance
2. Close the instance

I experience the same. Kill works as Launch after the instance is terminated. If you go to Settings after the instance is terminated, Kill get the same expandable menu as Launch. Launch Offline is greyed out throughout.

The button goes back to normal if you select another instance and select the one that was glitched.

The problem remains relevant when there is only one instance, which is my case. The bug is not critical but can be confusing to some people, and it can flood the issues because it's easy to encounter.
