I use MultiMC shortcut with -i [instance name] that launches my instance directly, it helps, but not the best solution. :)

I just made the same thing, probably the only solution for now, Thanks for reaching out to help, I appreciate it.

+1, this would be great, as the way an instance directly started via shortcut captures the cursor in a very weird and annoying way (window is in the background but cursor sticks to the area of the window)
