Add skins selector like the official launcher

Bump? This feature would be extremely useful. For example, when it comes to Minecraft roleplays (like the DreamSMP for example) it would be really useful to be able to just exit a server, press a button, and log back in with another skin, rather than having to manually go to your skins folder and change it there which for me took about 30 seconds since I have all my skins on a separate drive.

It also should be fairly simple to implement, since essentially all you'd have to do is check for skins in a local directory and load that specific skin when the user presses it's button. There wouldn't be a need for any new API calls or anything since it could just be a more convenient way of changing locally-stored skins.
