WebP icon support

Summary of the issue or suggestion:

Consider adding support for WebP icons in MultiMC. Qt supposedly supports it out of the box, although I'm not sure what version they started supporting it. https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtimageformats-index.html

What should happen:

The ability to add a webp format image as an instance icon.

Steps to reproduce the issue (Add more if needed):

1. Click add instance

2. Click the multimc icon on the top left of the instance window

3. Click the add icon button

4. Attempt to use a webp image as an icon

This actually isn't 100% correct. Qt only recognizes WEB/P with 3rd party plugins.

this is definitely needed in some way now as modrinth icons are served as webp, looks like its at least available for the 5.15 builds https://github.com/qt/qtimageformats/tree/5.15/src/plugins/imageformats/webp
