Some suggestions

Hello, I recently started using this plugin and I would like to propose some things.

1- Option for permission to capitalized the first letter that a user writes

2- Option by permission to put a point at the end of each sentence (and to be applied when a certain size is exceeded in the sentence, in addition to by permission).

3- Hover, I would like to propose that hovering the mouse over the chat (speaking users) can show a customizable hover with placeholders.

4- Tabulator, I have noticed that it is not possible to autocomplete the names of the users by putting a letter and trying to tabulate it, I would like this to be added.
