Emacs+ Marketplace: Not a valid repository location

Hi Mark, on (likely any) Eclipse, trying to install emacs+ is no longer working: Unable to read repository at https://sites.google.com/a/mulgasoft.com/www/emacsplus/e4/update-site. https://sites.google.com/a/mulgasoft.com/www/emacsplus/e4/update-site is not a valid repository location.

Is there anything to be done to correct this? I continue to rely on emacs+.
