with latest version of admin-lte not working

When I tried you full code its working perfect. But my admin-lte has latest version. So when I try to put admin-lte's login page into my ejs page. css and javascripts are not applying on it.. Its just showing simple elements.

Can you tell me what should I do to run same login page in my ejs file with latest version??
