Please add a template for a Blazor WebAssembly Standalone App.

Good idea, I hope it will be added to promote WebAssembly Standalone.

I have tried many variations of Blazor (.NET 8 and 9) and its render modes and I still think that Blazor WebAssembly Standalone App is the best choice. It's simple, it's fast, it just works unlike newest templates like auto-render with authorization issues😄

+1. I feel like this is greatly needed. The current template is confusing and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to host a static web app from say an S3 bucket. I'm sure there's a workaround for someone more experienced than me, but it'd be nicer to just have more template options.
