Bulk grant Sharing with users on embargoed requests.

I would like to be able to share a group of embarged requests with another user with fewer steps than it currently takes. Right now, if I file a number of requests that need to stay private, but I decide to share them with another interested party, I need to individually select and share each request. Sometimes I need to share dozens, maybe someday hundreds, of requests.

I think we could either add this to the search list dropdown options below "Select requests below in order to apply a bulk action."

Alternatively, we could discuss implementing this on the project side, since I find that I usually will submit many embargoed requests, add them to a project, and then want to share that project with a collaborator.

You can currently bulk share requests that you own from "Your Requests" in that drop down, but it only works from that one view:

I agree that this should be modified to work from any view, possibly with a text note that appears stating "Only requests you have edit permissions to will be shared with other users."

I prefer this approach, as this is the direction I'd like to move in - doing all sharing through projects
