Could we integrate OCR add-ons into upload or processing UI?

If I have a premium account, I get access to a bunch of OCR add-ons, but those aren't visible in the normal upload or reprocessing UIs. Can we integrate those better? What checks do we need to avoid cluttering those UIs with junk add-ons?

Simplest approach: indicate to users that other OCR options are available as add-ons with a link in the upload/reprocess dialog.

Another approach: add support for "Don't OCR" on upload, with the idea that the user applies their own OCR later.
