当下拉刷新还没有完成的时候,再上拉更新会出现问题.我目前遇到的上下拉同时更新,HeaderView就缩不加去了! --- 已经修复了

不建议使用[[[UIDevice currentDevice] systemVersion] floatValue] >= 11.0 做判断. @available(iOS 11.0, *) 这个就很好
