[BUG]Xrm toolbox for MS dataverse and MS dynamics 365 unhandled exception

Describe the bug I updated to the latest version of the xrm toolkit (i had to do an uninstall and start over), I'm able to download some of the tools from the library but when I try to download the Bulk Data Updater, I get thr following error.

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

An error occured while copying files: The process cannot access the file C:\Users\higgis\AppData\Roaming\Mscrm Tools\Xrm ToolBox\Plugins\R appen.XTB.BDU\System.Collections.Immutable.dll' because it is being used by another process.

Trying to install the Bulk Data Updater from.the Tools Library.
