[BUG] Cannot install new plugin

Describe the bug the tool indicates that the plugin "Sza.Environment Comparator" has been successfully installed, but it does not appear on tools list, I also checked the XTB plugins folder it is not there?

To Reproduce Search for the plugin, then install it

Expected behavior I expect the new plugin to be displayd on tool list
