XRMToolbox takes long time to start

Hi!

When I use XRMToolbox on our development server which doesn't have connection to internet it takes around 2 minutes before the tool is up and running.

Changing the setting Startup:Check for updates to false has no significant impact on the startup time. If I reduce number of plugins to two then startup takes around 1 min 20 seconds.

Any Ideas what can cause this slow start? Is XRMToolbox trying to connect to internet during startup? If so, it could be the reason.

We are using XrmToolBox version 1.2024.9.69 but I don't think is related to the version as we have received this problem using older versions as well.
