[BUG] Cannot authenticate to Dataverse - A Dataverse sever name is required

Describe the bug When attempting to authenticate to Dataverse and list organisations to select from an error is thrown which says A Dataverse server name is required.

To Reproduce Attempt to sign in and create a new connection to Dataverse using either signed in user or different creds, also selecting the option to list organisations.

Expected behavior Expected to be able to select a Dataverse organisation.

I reached this error too, but also this one:

This is an issue with Microsoft control but I maybe need to update it to latest version. Let me check when I find time

I had the same problem and to solve it I had to download a new version of XrmToolBox which I deployed in a different directory to the old version which was already on my PC. I didn't lose my connections and installed tools. I hope this solution helps.
