Prevent Main Application stealing focus after successful launch

Hi,

Thank you for the great supplemental program for maintaining/developing Dynamics 365. However, I notice most of the times, the application is slow to load, so I minimize it to do something else in the meantime. But as soon as application is successfully launched, it immediately the steal my focus by interrupting what I was currently doing. Is there any way to prevent this?
